The BMN is a medical device joining a needle as fine as an acupuncture needle, hollow, with a resilient polymer reservoir topping it, running as an empty dropper, for an extemporaneous storage/restitution of various drugs, by the Therapist, at the time of the consultation.
The BMN is a mesopuncture/acupuncture disposable needle
In the French handbook of the Chinese Acupuncture we can read a description of the fluid [or liquid or mechanical or chemical] stimulus of the acupuncture point or mesopuncture, by injecting through a needle of a syringe, a product into this acupuncture point.
You will find numerous titles in Internet about injection into acupuncture points, MESOPUNCTURE, MESO-ACUPUNCTURE, HOMEOPUNCTURE, BIOPUNCTURE, ACUPOINT INJECTION, FARMACO OR PHARMACOPUNCTURE, AQUAPUNCTURE....
• The BMN is a mesotherapy device, too.
Without being a mesotherapy gun or a syringe with a mesotherapy needle the BMN is a complete MESOTHERAPY DEVICE, practice, sure and cheap; A device without plunger, without glue, silicone-free.
The BMN cannot be compared to any other needle as the BMN performs the characteristic function of each of them: Hollow and short mesotherapy needle, compact and hollow acupuncture needle, long acupuncture needle

* In the dermis, the BMN, metal and hollow needle, allows the deposit of medication which creates various Mesotherapy points
In the hypodermis, the BMN creates a metal stimulation of the acupuncture point (acupuncture) and a fluid stimulation by injecting the contents of the reservoir (serum physiological, distilled water or other...) into the acupuncture point (Mesopuncture). If it is a medication which is injected, its therapeutic effects must be added as in mesotherapy.
